- Caregiver Respite Service provides relief for family or friends from their
care giving role.
- Potential clients are assessed for service.
Caregiver Respite-Volunteer Information
- Volunteers in this program provide relief to a caregiver by sitting with a client in his or her home
while the caregiver has time away from the house for respite.
- The amount of time you spend at the clients home will depend on your availability and the caregiver's request.
- You will spend your time giving companionship, and supervision to the client.
- You will not be required to do housekeeping or personal care.
