"Forever Fit Wellness Clinics for Seniors"
- Group wellness clinics that offer adapted exercises for seniors, approved by the Centre for Activity and Aging,
are led by trained volunteers.
- Wellness clinics are held in Petrolia, Oil Springs, Rutherford, Forest, Inwood, Corunna, and Watford.
- Transportation to and from the program can be arranged through our office.

Sessions run from the fall to spring with a break over the summer. Phone the office for the start dates and wrap up dates.
"Forever Fit Wellness for Seniors-Volunteer Information"
- To become a volunteer for our Forever Fit Program, you must be certified by The Canadian Centre
for Activity and Aging as a Senior's Fitness Instructor.
- Lambton Elderly Outreach will arrange dates and times for you to attend
the Senior's Fitness Instructor Course at the Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging
in London, Ontario. LEO will pay the fee for the course, and will reimburse you for kilometers
travelled to and from the program.
- The certification program consists of 36 hours of in class training. 16 hours of field experience, a take
home assignment and a practical evaluation.
- Scheduling of classes is the responsibility of the individual instructor in this program. You may offer classes as frequently as your group decides is necessary.
- Currently we are looking to train instructors for classes in the following towns: Rutherford, Corunna, Watford and Petrolia.
