Services
Home Maintenance
- Home maintenance workers are made available for minor home repairs and major housecleaning.
- All workers are carefully screened and are required to have a criminal reference check performed.
- This program is a brokerage program; LEO's role is to set up the client with a qualified home maintenance worker;
the fee for the service is negotiated between the client and the home maintenance worker.
- To access the service, the client must submit a written agreement for the home
maintenance service. Click

Home Maintenance-Worker Information
- As a home maintenance worker, you will be given client contact information after a client has phoned our
office to request home maintenance service.
- You will visit the clients home, assess the work requested to be done, determine whether or not you are
qualified to perform the necessary work, and negotiate a fee for service with the client.
- There is a one-time administration fee of five dollars to sign up as a home maintenance worker.
