Lambton Elderly Outreach offers community support services to seniors over the age of 60 and those over the age of 18 who have a disability. All of our services are designed to promote dignity and Independence. These services include:
Our Volunteer Transportation and Van Transportation service drives you where you need to go. We also offer a non-urgent stretcher van service.
Our Meals on Wheels volunteers will deliver hot or frozen meals to your door, or if you reside in Petrolia one of our volunteers will shop for and deliver your groceries through our Grocery Shopping program.
We also provide Home Maintenance services where one of our Maintenance workers will complete lawn maintenance or snow removal.
Home Help staff will cook and clean for you, Homemakers provide assistance with personal care, and the Caregiver Respite and Support Service gives a caregiver a chance to focus on them self while one of our PSWs cares for their loved one.
The retirement home program helps low income at risk seniors find supportive housing in a retirement home.
If you or a loved one are experiencing tough times we have a Social Worker on site that can assist you through our Client Intervention & Assistance* program
Our Friendly Visiting* and Diner's Club programs provide social opportunities and our Forever Fit* and SAFE Fitness & Falls Prevention* will help keep you physically active.
