Crisis Intervention & Assistance

This program provides assistance and support to individuals to work through crisis situations by offering support, intervention and referral information.

The focus of our program is on assisting clients in crisis and abuse situations and transitional care planning for long term care residents returning to the community.

An intake assessment will be completed as part of the client onboarding process. There is no cost for this program.
