This role is responsible for providing light housekeeping and meal prep for our clients. With the direction of the Program Coordinator and/or Manager, the worker performs duties as outlined in the Client Plan of Care. The duties vary according to the individual or families receiving service. The worker must work within a goal-directed, outcome based, client-centered philosophy.

The Personal Support Worker is responsible for assisting clients with routine activities of daily living that the individual is unable to perform unassisted. With the direction of the Manager, Home Support Services, the Personal Support Worker performs duties as outlined in the Client Plan of Care and/or Plan for Respite Care. The duties vary according to the individual or families receiving service. The Personal Support Worker must work within a goal-directed, outcome based, client-centered philosophy.
